Abstract: 
Released on November 21, 2005, this report addresses childhood exposures to air pollutants on-board school buses, the health impacts associated with those air pollutants, the emissions associated with school buses, and the options that can be employed to reduce both, emissions from, and exposures on-board, school buses. Recommendations for a Healthy School Bus Program and a Healthy School Bus Fund are directed at the Provincial and Federal governments. This report was produced with in-kind support from Toronto Public Health, Peele Health, York Region Health Services, and Waterloo Region Public Health.
