CEHAPE is a document for policy makers, negotiated with Member States, highlighting the main commitments on children’s environment and health to be adopted and signed by Ministers through the Declaration and detailing the four regional priority goals (RPGs) for Europe. The plan targets a number of environmental risk factors grouped under the four RPGs, and is complemented by technical documents on ways to achieve these goals.
